In 19th century lots of women, who were not rich, couldn't afford a proper mirror to
a) judge themselves in comparision to other women they known
b) focus so much on improving their appearance
It is all in our minds.
Tell yourself you are beautiful and you will be.

Quite right! I don't think we should ever compare ourselves to other women either, sure we can be inspired, awed and amazed with who they are and how they look but we can never, ever be them, because we are us x x x
